At Love Tag, we dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Please note that this processing time does not include shipping time. If any unexpected issues arise, such as a custom phrase not fitting inside the pendant, we’ll contact you for confirmation before proceeding. In such cases, dispatch may be delayed until we receive your response and a solution is confirmed.
All customized necklace orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.

Occasional shipping delays with Australia Post may happen. If your estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please wait an extra 1 to 2 business days before contacting us.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. You can check estimated delivery times for your postcode here.
After dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first. Love Tag cannot reimburse for lost packages once marked delivered by the courier.
All items are securely packaged, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
