Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless:

The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If an item is faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it, providing clear photos of the item and packaging.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Personal dislike of the final design (each engraving is handmade and artistic interpretation may vary)
  3. Mistakes in the text, name, or photo provided by the customer

Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Replacements Only (No Refunds)

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Once your replacement request is approved, we will remake and ship your item as soon as possible.

Liability Disclaimer

Love Tag jewellery is not intended for children. Small parts may pose a choking hazard. If you do wish to choose to purchase for your child, please ensure they wear their necklace only under supervision. 

Our pieces are made from high-quality, hypoallergenic materials according to supplier information. However, we cannot guarantee that no allergic reactions will occur. Love Tag is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damage caused by improper use or wearing of our products. We are an online-only store and do not offer in-person viewings, fittings, or pickups. By purchasing from Love Tag, you agree to release us from liability in connection with any harm, injury, or dissatisfaction that may arise from the use of our products.
